Admission process

The process of admission at our international CBSE school reflects sensitivity and ease. Post the submission of the Application Form, parents are given a guided tour of the school facilities. This is followed by an interaction of both the parents with the school Principal where a complete view of the philosophy, vision, and methodology of the school is shared. The admission process is taken forward to henceforth.

Age Criteria

We adhere to the policy of right education at right age.

 

Nursery Child should be 2.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Jr Kg Child should be 3.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Sr Kg Child should be 4.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Grade I Child should be 5.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Grade II Child should be 6.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Grade III Child should be 7.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Grade IV Child should be 8.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Grade V Child should be 9.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Grade VI Child should be 10.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission
Grade VII Child should be 11.5+ years of age as on 31st May of the year seeking for admission

FAQ's

At the Shree Samartha Public School & Jr. College, the entry level to school is Nursery. The age criterion for Nursery is 2.5+ years as on 31.5.2020.

The school is affiliated with Central Board of Secondary Education and is running classes up to grade XII.

Language skills, along with personal, social and physical education are a part of academic learning. We have extensive sports facilities with a structured program to encourage students to pursue sports seriously.

For effective curriculum implementation, the school maintains a student teacher ratio of 1:25.

There is a rigorous process of selecting the faculty members. The process involves group discussion and presentation, written test, personal and subject interview and class demonstration. To continuously enhance the skills of the faculty and to keep them abreast with the latest developments in the field of education, regular workshops for the teachers are conducted.

Timings at different levels are:

Nursery 8.30 am to 12.00pm
Jr Kg – Class III 8.30 am to 3.00 pm
Class IV – Class IX 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

The school has an extensive transport coverage in the vicinity of 10-12 Kms. Parents can refer to Student Transport to get an idea of the areas serviced by the current bus routes. The routes might be shuffled at the time of the new academic session to optimize travel time for the students.
